Mix & Mastering, Music Production

We always send you a document / guideline with delivery specs for mix & mastering. Just a small summary: we prefer 24 bit files. The most commonly used file format is WAV or AIFF, 24 bits or 16 bits. Please export your mixes in the same original sample rate and bit-depth as your project. In case you work in 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, or 96 kHz export or bounce your mix down in the same sample rate. MP3 will NOT suitable for mastering. We always send you a document / guideline with delivery specs for mix & mastering.

You can send your mix with WeTransfer to info@soundsupplystudio.com.

 

Everything you need for releasing your track.

– High resolution WAV masters at 16-bit 44.1kHz
– Different type of master versions: Radio edit, insutrumental, acapella, show mix (if necessary)
– Mp3 format when required.– ISRC codes encoded onto the master, when provided.

Yes, our samples are 100% royalty free and can be used for commercial projects such as album, iTunes and Spotify releases as well as movies, video games or Youtube videos. However, you are not allowed to redistribute or repack our samples and music. Rendering project files and releasing the exact songs as your own original content is not allowed.

We will refund your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met:

For downloaded content:

Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)
You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.

Eligibility

A refund is eligible for 30 days from the date of purchase.

It might happen that your mail provider blocks our confirmation mail. So please check your spam folder first. It could also happen that you entered the wrong mail address at checkout by accident. In this case please contact our support team and tell them your name, ordering date, your purchased items and mail address used at checkout.
